This followed the death of a resident at one of its care homes in 2005. As a result of investigations by the police and Enfield Council, the Council prosecuted the company.
The case was committed to Crown Court for sentence and Robinia Care is now on unconditional bail.

Jesse was only 26 when he died.
Jesse Moores was a resident, placed by Barnet Council at The Chine, a residential care home in Enfield, North London run by Robinia Care Group Ltd. He died on 3 November 2005, aged 26. His death was subject to a Coroners inquest, which was opened and adjourned pending further investigation.
Individual charges are also being brought against former staff employed at The Chine, at the time of Jesse Moores’s death.
At an earlier hearing at Enfield Magistrates Court, and at Wood Green Crown Court yesterday where the case was heard for plea and case management, the individuals involved, Patience Etchu-Abangma and Gideon Attram, pleaded ‘not guilty’. They are now both on conditional bail.
The case is listed for trial on 2nd February 2009.
Ray James, Director of Health and Adult Social Care said: “Safeguarding vulnerable adults is a high priority for Enfield Council and its partners. We are committed to ensuring that the most vulnerable members of our community are treated with dignity and respect, and we will not hesitate to take firm action when their safety is put at risk".
Bob Moores, father of Jesse said “I wholeheartedly support the action that Enfield Council has been taking in getting justice for my son Jesse.
“This has been an extremely difficult time, and whilst nothing can undo the events of the 3rd November 2005, if lessons are learned, then my son’s death will not be in vain.”
