Bob Heapy, former Chief Executive of Partners for Improvement in Camden, has been appointed Chief Executive of Enfield Homes.

Bob, who starts on the 11th August, has over 30 years experience in the Construction and the Social Housing sectors, and has been Director of Operations at Mosaic Homes and Assistant Director of Housing at the London Borough of Newham.

Bob joins Enfield Homes at a very exciting period just five months after its launch and during August will work alongside Stewart Holton, Interim Chief Executive, who has led Enfield Homes through a very successful launch and transition period. During this time Bob will be meeting with key stakeholders including staff, the Board and representatives from tenants and leaseholders.

Bob Heapy said “I am really looking forward to the challenge of building on the successful launch of this most recent ALMO and leading it through its forthcoming Audit Commission inspection and beyond.

“I have already met some of the management and staff, and can see we have a very strong team able to provide an excellent service to the communities we serve.”
