Jack the Ripper 21st C Investigation

Time is running out for wannabe detectives to gain a fascinating but chilling insight into the unsolved Whitechapel Murders in a special show at the Dugdale Centre next week.

Following on from last year’s sell-out show, Enfield Council has invited Jack the Ripper expert and former murder squad detective, Trevor Marriott to come back to the borough and present the shocking results of his investigation into the Ripper murders that dispel many theories previously thought of as fact.

Cllr Bambos Charalambous, Enfield Council’s Cabinet Member for Culture, Leisure, Youth and Localism, said: “This show will be an interesting insight into the criminal history surrounding the famous Jack the Ripper murders, and give people the chance to experience a different view on them.”

“Jack the Ripper: A 21st Century Investigation” examines the long-famous case of The Whitechapel Murders, challenging past theories and looking into new ones. For the past 125 years this mystery has captured the thoughts of people worldwide.

The show will feature original pictures from 1888, including crime scene photographs of the Ripper’s victims, Mr Mariott will describe his lengthy cold case investigations and disclose the startling results which call into question many of the original theories.
