Customer Services Week

Enfield Council is celebrating National Customer Service Week from 7 to 11 October to raise awareness of what the council offers residents and highlight all the things they can do online.

Residents will be able to find out all the things that that can access online, such as applying for a school place, paying for things, reporting fly tipping and finding out what is in your local area, and learning what services are available at your local library.

The National Customer Service Week stall  will be touring the borough all week between 11:00 to 15:00  daily and will be showing people how easy it is to use Enfield Council's website to Pay for, Request, Report and Apply for different things.

Enfield Council's Deputy Leader Cllr Achilleas Georgiou, said: "Enfield Council is absolutely committed to providing first rate customer services and we're determined to show as many people as possible the wide range of services that we have on line that can be easily accessed at a time and place to suit you.

"I'd strongly recommend residents come along and visit the roadshow because I'm sure they'll find lots of new and more effective ways of accessing the vital services they rely upon to at the click of a button."

People who visit the stall at the locations below will be entered into a prize draw and could win a Smart Phone kindly donated by Serco.

The sessions are at:
Monday 7 October - Civic Centre, Silver Street, Enfield, EN1 3XA
Tuesday 8 October - John Wilkes House, 79 High Street, Ponders End, EN3 4EN
Wednesday 9 October - Edmonton Centre, 36-44 South Mall, Edmonton, N9 0TN
Thursday 10 October - Dugdale Centre 39 London Road,Enfield, EN2 2DS
Friday 11 October - Enfield Town Library, 66 Church Street, Enfield, EN2 6AX
