FUNtastic day for Fun Run 2009

Last Sunday saw the Mayor’s Charity Fun Run, and had adults and children of all ages and abilities, some very new to running, (including walkers), taking part.

Many runners will have raised sponsorship money for The Mayor's charity appeal fund, some funds will also be retained to help other groups in the borough.

The Council hopes that everyone will continue to lead more active and healthy lifestyles as a result of participating in the Fun Run event.
