Lea Valley High School takes a duty of care towards students’ safety seriously.
The school is very concerned at the inaccurate and misleading press coverage of the story regarding a former teacher Mr Trevor Goode.
Mr Goode left the school employment in June 2010 following an investigation into serious allegations about his conduct towards students.
The school took such a serious view about this case that this was referred to General Teaching Council which has reported its findings this week.
