The Building (Local Authority Charges) Regulations 2010

In accordance with Regulations 3(1)(a) and (b) of the Building (Local Authority Charges) Regulations 2010, I give notice that the Council has fixed by means of its Building Regulations Charging Scheme No. 1, 2010 charges for or in connection with the performance of their functions relating to Building Regulations. The London Borough of Enfield Regulations Charging Scheme No. 1, 2010 comes into effect on the 1st October 2010.

A copy of The London Borough of Enfield Building Regulations Charging Scheme No. 1, 2010 is available for inspection, free of charge, at the offices of the London Borough of Enfield, Development Services, Civic Centre, Silver Street, Enfield, Middlesex, EN1 3XE; Monday to Friday between the hours of 9.00am - 4.45pm.
