Tomorrow’s Enfield Council services - today

The way residents and businesses interact with Enfield Council is to be revolutionised after the local authority unveiled its new look, mobile friendly website.

From today (3 December) council services will be easier and more accessible and visitors to Link will get a greater online experience through the use of their new Enfield Connected Account giving them the ability to pay bills, report issues, learn more about job opportunities, see what is happening in their neighbourhood or just seek advice.

Enfield Council’s Deputy Leader, Cllr Achilleas Georgiou, said “We wanted to make our services available to everyone 24 hours a day; seven days a week, wherever they are, and Enfield Connected will help us achieve that objective.

“Enfield Connected heralds a new approach to customer services in Enfield; it will be faster and easier than ever before for Enfield residents to contact us. We are beaming Enfield Council’s customer services into the living rooms and pockets of people throughout the borough and I’d urge them to sign up to Enfield Connected and see what it can do for them.”

All Enfield residents, not just householders, are being asked to register for the service online at Link

Enfield Connected is accessed exclusively through our website at Link either on your laptop, personal computer or smartphone. The service is available to anyone over 18 living in Enfield
