Customer Services Week 2015

Published Wednesday, 23 September 2015

National Customer Services Week is taking place between 5-9 October 2015.

It will be an opportunity for residents to find out more from Enfield Council and learn how to get the best from our Customer Services Team, as well as help the Council to find out how we can further improve our services.

During the week stalls will be set up in popular locations giving advice and information on a wide range of council services including sports, digital services, waste services, registrars and how to access the council online.

Stalls will be set up as follows between 10am and 4pm:
Monday 5 October – Civic Centre, Silver Street, Enfield, EN1
Tuesday 6 October – John Wilkes House, 79 High Street, Ponders End, EN3
Wednesday 7 October – Enfield Town Library, 66 Church Street, EN2
Thursday 8 October – Palmers Green Library, Broomfield Lane, London, N13

Enfield Council’s Deputy Leader, Cllr Achilleas Georgiou, said “As usual we will be celebrating Customer Services Week by ensuring our residents get fast and easy access to the information or help they require.

“During the week staff in all our public buildings will be on hand to assist visitors to go online, which allows them to access council services 24 hour a day in the comfort of their home.

“So come and celebrate Customer Services Week with us!”
