Here are details of the Remembrance Day services and parades which will be held in Enfield this year.

Sunday 9 November:

Southgate
10.30am
Remembrance Day Parade through Southgate High Street for a Service of Remembrance at St. Andrew’s Church, Southgate. 

Edmonton
The Royal British Legion Remembrance Day Parade
10.15am
Meet at Monmouth Street car park before a parade to the War Memorial for a Service of Remembrance prior to a march to Croyland Road for the deputy mayor's speech and a reception at Hertford Sports Club.

Enfield
The Royal British Legion Remembrance Day Parade
2.45pm
Remembrance Day Parade begins from Trinity Street, Enfield, parade arrives at Chase Green War Memorial for a Service of Remembrance before the parade marches to the Civic Centre and a reception at the Royal British Legion HQ 

Annual Service of Remembrance - St. Andrew’s Church, Enfield
6.30pm
St. Andrew’s Church

Tuesday 11 November:

Armistice Day Service at Broomfield Park
10.30am
Armistice Day Service at the Remembrance Garden, Broomfield Park. 

Saturday 15 November:

Association of Jewish Ex-Service Men and Women
11.00am
Association of Jewish Ex-Service Men and Women Remembrance Service at The Synagogue, Old Farm Avenue, N14 5QR. 

Arctic Convoy Commemoration
2.45pm
Arctic Convoy Commemoration outside the Civic Centre, Enfield

Enfield Council Leader Cllr Doug Taylor said “Once again it is time to remember all those who served or gave their lives in conflict for their country.

“I know that the people of Enfield will want to take part in this occasion, as they always do, to commemorate the lives of those we have lost and will show their commitment to our service men and women.

“This year’s services will be particularly poignant as they mark 100 years since the start of World War One.”
