Thumbs up to customer services from Jobsnet

During October representatives from Jobsnet, a brokerage service that helps match employees with suitable vacancies, visited Enfield Council’s Customer Services Call Centre based in The Dugdale Centre.

The visit, arranged as part of Customer Services Week provided some excellent feedback from the officers who attended.

Michael Farquharson, a Jobs Broker for Jobsnet said “We found the Call Centre was extremely busy as there are literally thousands of calls per day; the operation is very smooth and extremely organised.

“Enfield Council’s Call Centre is a true embodiment of what customer service is and how it should be implemented to the benefit of residents and staff, all the operators are extremely well trained”

Cllr Achilleas Georgiou, Deputy Leader of Enfield Council said “We are immensely proud of our Customer Services staff who deal with thousands of calls a day, some in very difficult circumstances.

“We are really pleased that colleagues at Jobsnet took the time to come down and see for themselves the highly organised team that we have here, and are really appreciative of the praise they gave to the team.”
