Andy Rollock wins Best Manager Awards

Enfield Council manager Andy Rollock was celebrating winning a special award last week given by London Councils. The award, naming Andy as ‘Best Manager / Mentor’ recognises excellence in individuals and boroughs that are making apprenticeships a success in the capital.
