Council tax
Council Tax helps to pay for local services provided by Enfield Council and the Greater London Authority. There is one council tax bill for each domestic property whether it is owned, rented or empty.
The amount payable is based on the band of the property and the number of adult residents. Property bands are decided by the Valuation Office Agency of the Inland Revenue. You can find out the band of a property here.
