Council and democracy

The role of Enfield Council is to make decisions in the community's best interests. It is important that you, as residents of the borough, have a say in those decisions and are able to put across your opinions on issues that directly concern you and your community.

This area of the site explains how you can get involved in those decisions, how you can vote and how you can contact your councillor, MP or MEP.

You can stay up to date with everything that's going on within the Council, including election results, committee decisions and policy changes.

You can also find out when committees meet and what they discuss and read about scrutiny committees and how they help to improve council services.
