Assisted refuse and recycling collections

We can provide assisted collections for residents who are physically unable to move their bins.

Assistance is provided for:

• Residents with disabilities or special medical conditions.
• Elderly residents who are unable to carry their bins or recycling containers to the edge of their property.

We will make special arrangements for the waste and recycling crews to collect your bins from another location on your property (subject to agreement) and return them after they have been emptied.

If you cannot leave your waste at the front of your property, we will discuss this with you and help where we can.
