Housing Benefit information for over-60s

Are you over 60 years old?

Apply for help with your rent (Housing Benefit HB) or to reduce your Council Tax bill (Council Tax Benefit CTB) if you:

• Are on low income and have capital/savings under £16,000; or
• Have savings over £16,000 but receive Guranteed Credit from The Pension Service.
