Skips in front gardens

To reduce damage to pavements, we do not allow skips to be placed in gardens or on driveways without prior permission from a highway inspector.

 

A site inspection and consultation need to be carried out to determine the most suitable location for the skip to be placed.

 

If the highway inspector agrees that it is necessary for a skip to go 'off-road', a deposit of between £500 and £1,000 is taken against possible damage to the pavement. Please contact us for further information.
