Customer Surveys

National user experience surveys

Every year, we carry out at least one survey of service user experience on behalf of the Department of Health. The surveys are an important opportunity to hear the opinions of service users, and identify ways to improve our services.

In 2010 and 2008, we were asked to investigate how well community equipment and minor adaptations succeed in helping service users to live safely and independently.
