Resident Surveys

To help us improve on what we can do for Enfield, we seek feedback from Enfield residents regularly by conducting:

  • Annual Residents' Surveys.
  • Up to three Residents' Panel Surveys every year.
  • Services also conduct a range of customer satisfaction surveys.

We commission independent social research organisations to conduct these surveys. We use all of this feedback to plan our work and further improve our service.

The next Residents survey will take place this year, 2011.

We keep all of the results to previous consultations, which you can view.  You can also register your interest in a future consultation, simply visit our Consultation pages.
