Moving home

If you are moving in, out or within Enfield, inform us as soon as possible. You must notify us within 21 days of the change.

You will then receive a bill; usually within 14 working days (except at peak times).

Before completing the Moving In form, please take time to look at the discounts and exemptions pages to see if you may be eligible for a reduction. If so, you need to complete the relevant form(s) and return them with the Moving In form. This will save time and ensure that you receive the correct bill.

To inform us that you have changed your address, you can:

• Use the following relevant downloadable or online forms below;
• Phone us on 020 8379 1000; or
• Visit one of our Helpdesks

If you are moving within Enfield and currently have a discount or exemption, this will not be carried across to your new address unless you confirm that the household details remain the same.

If you are moving into or out of Enfield, you need to inform Enfield Council and your new Council.
