Traffic lights

To improve safety at road junctions, we introduce new traffic signals schemes that give pedestrians and certain road users the priority at junctions.

Not only do the schemes reduce accidents, they also reduce delays and congestion by managing road capacity.

The traffic signal schemes are approved by Transport for London (TfL), which is London's traffic signal authority and is responsible for the installation and maintenance of all traffic signals in Enfield.
