Street Lighting

We maintain and repair street lighting on the public highways, such as:

• Lamp Columns
• Illuminated bollards
• Illuminated signs and beacons

We respond to damaged street lighting equipment and lighting faults within the equipment.

David Websters Partnership

We have entered into a Private Finance Initiative partnership with David Webster Limited (DW Ltd) to replace the majority of streetlights in Enfield. This will:

• Help reduce crime
• Improve public safety
• Comply with British and European Standards

Besides replacing existing columns we have been installing additional columns over a five-year period that began in March 2006.  This is the Five-Year Core Replacement Programme. 

David Websters Ltd are responsible for maintaining streetlights and illuminated furniture.
