Pavement Gritting

Our Street Cleansing Team is responsible for gritting pavements in Enfield.

In very severe weather conditions, especially when snow or ice may remain for some days, consideration is given to pedestrian routes and pavements according to priority. These may include:

• Pavements in the town centre
• Train and bus stations
• Main pedestrian routes
• Hospitals
