Other recycling sites

We now have a number of recycling banks where small electrical items can be recycled.  Items such as phones, remote controls, video recorders, kettles, hairdryers and other small electrical items can all be disposed of in the banks.

The banks are located in the car parks of:

• Tesco (Savoy Parade)
• Tesco (High Street - Ponders End)
• Co-Op Unity Superstore (Hertford Road)
• Morrisons (Aldermans Hill)
• Morrisons (Southbury Road)
• Sainsburys (Floreys Square)

Many larger electrical items can be taken to Barrowell Green Recycling Centre, click here for more information.

There are also battery recycling facilities at the Civic Centre and the  following libraries:
