Work Experience and School / College Students aged 14 – 19 Enfield Work Experience

Most schools in the borough opt in to use the services of Enfield Work Experience - if a school organises their Work Experience independently Enfield Work Experience is unable to help their students in finding a placement.

If an employer wishes to offer a work placement they need to have Employers Liability Insurance in place (this is because the student is classed as an employee during the placement for insurance purposes). They must also agree to Enfield Work Experience carrying out a health and safety risk assessment for the student, as this is a statutory requirement for all placements.
