The Building (Local Authority Charges) Regulations 2010

The London Borough of Enfield Building Regulations Charging Scheme, No 1, 2010 (the Charging Scheme)

In accordance with Regulations 3(1)(a) and (b) of the Building (Local Authority Charges) Regulations 2010, I give notice that the Council has fixed by means of its Building Regulations Charging Scheme No. 1, 2010 charges for or in connection with the performance of their functions relating to Building Regulations. The London Borough of Enfield Regulations Charging Scheme No. 1, 2010 cames into effect on the 1st October 2010.

The London Borough of Enfield Regulations Charging Scheme No.1, 2010 has been revised to include the rise in VAT to 20%.
