Pay by Phone
You can now use your mobile phone to pay for parking charges in our car parks.
If you're calling for the first time
You need:
- A valid credit or debit card; and
- Your vehicle registration number.
- Call 020 8127 0999 and follow the instructions.
- When prompted, enter '1' to confirm your transaction.
- Wait for your transaction to be confirmed before ending the call. If not, your parking session will not start and the Civil Enforcement Officer will not have your details.
- Each car park has its own individual location reference number. These numbers are shown on signage in all of the participating car parks.
- Once you have parked, call back at anytime to extend your stay.
- Your parking charges will appear on your monthly credit/debit card statement.
- View and print all your parking transactions on Verrus.
- If the parking charge is less than £2, a convenience charge of 10p will be added to your transaction.
- If the parking charge is £2 or more, a convenience charge of 20p will be added to your transaction.
- Text reminders cost 10p each.
- There is a charge of 10p for the text message receipt but the email receipt is free.
- A receipt for your parking can be sent to you by either text or email.
