CCTV for parking and moving traffic contraventions

CCTV traffic enforcement cameras have been installed in different locations across Enfield; in addition to these, there is a mobile CCTV unit.

CCTV approved devices

These cameras are operated from a modern control room, by a team of fully trained staff.  The static cameras have been used since May 2003 and are separate to the council's crime-and-disorder cameras.

There is no requirement for signs in areas where CCTV enforcement of traffic and parking contraventions takes place.
