If you feel that your parking ticket (Penalty Charge Notice or PCN) was wrongly issued under the Traffic Management Act 2004, you may want to appeal against it. In some cases, we need evidence. This list is to help you provide evidence to back up your appeal.

Each case is assessed on its merits. Thus, although you may use a reason listed here for your appeal, it does not guarantee that the PCN will be cancelled.
