Parking Services - Carparks, Parking & Enforcement

Parking Services is responsible for a range of functions, including:

• Enforcing parking restrictions (including Bank Holidays)
• Removing vehicles parked illegally on the public highway
• Issuing permits and season tickets

It is also responsible for Pay and Display, and Enfield's lorry park and vehicle pound.

In the event of a postal strike the Council can be contacted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for paying or appealing a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN):
