Health Walks

"Health is a 'state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity" - World Health Organisation.

Walking is said to be the perfect activity for health.

As part of our Healthy Living Centre Fit for Life Project, we provide free enjoyable health walks that:

  • Can be done at your own pace.
  • Are suitable for different levels of fitness
  • Are led by trained walk leaders.

It is a good way to meek like-minded people. Each session lasts for about 50 minutes.

The Parks Outreach Team also organises Guided Walks.
