Pitch booking requests

How to book pitches

Pitches are booked directly through us. Bookings are essential, so please make a booking request with the Parks Business Unit to confirm cost and availability.

Casual weekend bookings can be made up to 5pm on the Tuesday before the date of play. This allows time for your request to be processed.

Please submit all other booking requests at least three working days before the date of play.

We cannot accept bookings for the weekends closest to Christmas or New Year.

Cancellation policy

Weekend bookings must be cancelled by 5pm on the Tuesday before play. All other bookings must be cancelled at least three days before play. Cancellations after this time will incur the full charge.

If we cancel play due to adverse weather, no charge will be made. If payment has already been received, a credit will be given.
