Internet access and computer hire in libraries
We offer free internet access and word processing at all Enfield Libraries.
How to book a computer
Online
Book a computer using your library membership card and PIN.
Your card number is either 20126XXXXXX (fourteen digits in total) or 012XXXXX (eleven digits in total).
At the library
Many of our libraries offer a self-service booking system. You need your library membership card and pin. You can book a one-hour session or if a computer is available use it straight away. You can also book up to a week in advance.

Some libraries have scanners that you can use for free. Call your local library for details.
You can hire a PC at all libraries except Angel Raynham Library and a limited service at Bowes Road Library
Support
Depending on staff availability we can offer one off introductory sessions on:
- Setting up an e-mail account using Myguide
- Using a scanner
- Using the family history database Ancestry.com.
- Ancestry.com is only available in Enfield Town Library and Enfield Libraries' Local History Section.
- A general introduction to the Internet using Myguide
- A general introduction to computing using Myguide
Cost: £5 (or a concessionary rate of £2.50) per hour.
Introductory sessions are available at all Enfield Libraries. All sessions have to be booked in advance.
