How to request an item not in Enfield nor in the London Libraries Consortium

If you cannot find the item you want at your library, whether it is on loan or not in stock in the London Libraries Consortium (LLC), you can request it online or at any branch library.

Materials you can request:

  • Books
  • CDs
  • Journals and newspapers articles
  • Music scores

If the item is not in stock in LLC

  • You can request for it at any branch library.
  • We will try to buy or borrow it from another library. An extra charge of £5.00 will be incurred.
  • If you are looking for an article from a serial or periodical, we can request for a photocopy of it. We cannot request for a photocopy of more than one article from the same volume due to copyright issues. We can request for the whole volume.

Under the LLC, you can borrow from any library in these boroughs:

  • Havering
  • Redbridge
  • Wandsworth
  • Waltham Forest
  • Barking and Dagenham
  • Richmond upon Thames
  • Newham
  • Tower Hamlets
  • Brent
  • Hackney
  • Ealing
