The Environmental Health team provide the following courses.

Food Hygiene Training

We manage the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering. It includes a short examination.

Course duration: One day
Cost: £68 per person

Safer Food Better Business (SFBB)

Through a free workshop, you can learn how to use the SFBB pack. We hold workshops for owners and managers throughout the year.

Course duration: Half a day
