Noise control on building sites

Under the Control of Pollution Act 1974, we can set the times during which work may be carried out and the methods of work to be used.

We may serve notice on the contractor(s), controlling the hours of work. Contractors may wish to apply for formal approval for work on construction sites under section 61 of the Control of Pollution Act 1974.
