How To Report a Noise Nuisance

There are three ways to report a noise nuisance.

• By completing the attached electronic form.
• By emailing Environmental Protection on enviro.crime@enfield.gov.uk.
• By telephoning Customer Services on 020 8379 1000.

All Out Of Hours requests for service should be directed to the council's Contact Centre by telephoning 020 8379 1000 and using the emergency option, where you will be required to give specific details of the problem you are experiencing. You will be asked for your name, address and a contact number. Out of Hours service operates between the hours of 21:00pm and 3:00am on Friday and Saturday nights). Please do not use the electronic e form services between the hours of 21:00pm and 03:00am on Friday and Saturday nights as an officer will be unable to respond to such enquiries.
