School Curriculum

All pupils in community maintained schools aged 5 to 16 follow the national curriculum programme of study in full range of subjects. The Local Authority and the school governors have a responsibility to make sure that the National Curriculum is taught.

The service delivers targeted support to schools for core curriculum subjects and a limited range of other subjects.,
