Call us on 020 8379 1000 (Monday - Friday 8:00am to 6:00pm.) We aim to answer your call within 20 seconds and to resolve your query without transferring you.
Our function is to provide excellent customer care and easy access to all of our services. We use historical call data to predict call volumes ensuring that we have someone available to take your call.
If you wait longer than 10 seconds for us to answer your call then you will be given the option to leave your details for us to call you back via our automated call back facility as soon as an advisor is available. Customer services emergency service
Customer Services has an emergency service operating outside of normal office hours. The emergency service deals with emergency planning, community alarm, social services, noise complaints, road traffic accident clean up and a make safe service for Enfield Homes tenants.
Emergency Service is available Monday to Friday, 6:00pm to 8:00am, including all weekends and bank holidays.
