New Southgate Community Hub

A new community hub will soon be opening in New Southgate. The hub will include new services for all New Southgate residents, including help for people to find ways to go back into work and housing advice or Ladderswood residents who will be affected by the estate regeneration.

When will it be open?

The Southgate community hub will open in early April 2011.

Where is it?

It will be located at 10 Danford House, Ladderswood Estate.

Services available

The hub will provide all local residents with services including:

• A Job Broker to help people get back into work and provide advice on jobs and training
• Space for community consultation events and meetings
• Housing advice for Ladderswood residents
