Good Practice Guide for Private Landlords

The private rented sector has an important part to play in providing housing within the borough. One of the aims of the council is to improve the quality of this stock. To achieve this, it wishes to promote a closer working relationship with landlords and agents. As part of this process we are keen to provide guidance and support. Therefore, we have produced this good practice guide which gives advice about the letting of property within the private sector.
