Painters Lane Neighbourhood Park

Proposal feedback

Quercus robur fastigiata - Tree

Thank you to everyone who took part in the Growing Room consultation between November 2008 and February 2009. Having received many excellent suggestions for improvements to the Painters Lane triangle from local residents, Highway Services have developed a sympathetic design for the space based upon the comments received.

Please click on the links to download two different perspectives of the proposals.

The designs are not final and may change following feedback that we receive from local residents. The designs take into consideration the importance of the area as a screen to the busy junction and the park will be locked at night to prevent unwanted antisocial behaviour in the evenings.

We would like to invite you to visit the Growing Room cabin to comment on the proposals (located in Painters Lane triangle at the junction of Bullsmoor Lane and A1010) between the following times:

Friday 29th January from 3pm to7pm or Saturday 30th January from 9am to 1pm.
