Assessment of housing conditions in private sector housing

We commission consultants to carry out a survey of the property condition in the private sector once every five years. You can find a summary of the last survey results (2002) on Enfield Observatory. Such information helps us to develop policies and actions to deal with poor housing.

We also respond to private tenants' complaints about their living conditions. For this, we need the tenancy agreement or rent book and other relevant documents related to the complaint.We aim to respond to requests within 48 hours.
