The Welfare Benefit reform makes changes to Housing and Council Tax Benefit (Local Housing Allowance and other regulation).  Many of these changes came into affect in April 2011 and some came into effect in January 2012.

Private Landlords were invited to forums in Enfield during June and December 2011 to listen to briefings about the coming changes.  During these sessions landlords asked many questions, some regarding the changes and some on more general benefit areas.
