Private tenants who are already claiming for five or more bedrooms

If you are receiving the Local Housing Allowance (LHA) rate for five bedrooms

(As of 1 April 2011)

You will continue to receive the same rate until we review your claim (annual review or earlier if a change occurs that affects your LHA rate).

During the review, your claim will be assessed on the four-bedroom maximum LHA rate.
