Publication of Proposed Submission version of the North London Waste Plan

The seven north London boroughs of Barnet, Camden , Enfield , Hackney, Haringey, Islington and Waltham Forest have published the proposed submission version of the North London Waste Plan (NLWP). The publication period runs from 11th May to 8th July 2011.

The North London Waste Plan identifies a range of suitable sites for the management of all North London 's waste up to 2027 and sets out policies and guidelines for determining planning applications for waste developments.

The plan and supporting documents are available to view from 11th May at www.nlwp.net. Reference copies have also been placed in the Civic Centre (Environment Direct) and local libraries.
