Consultation Materials
Improvements to Red Brick Estate
Red Brick Estate improvements were identified in the Masterplan as a top priority for residents, to improve safety and make the area look better. We worked with Red Brick Estate residents in 2011 to get their views on our plans to improve the area, by lowering the height of walls, making spaces more attractive, blocking up unnecessary alleyways and thinning down trees. Works have now been completed, subject to a few final improvements and we have had excellent comments from residents and the Police.

We will be contacting residents early in May 2012 for those keen to start growing vegetables in communal areas. Residents can join a Growing Club by agreeing terms of use, such as types of crops and upkeep, and agree what the growing area will look like. If you are interested, please contact, Ellie Robles on 020 8379 3885 or ellie.robles@enfield.gov.uk.
