Enfield's Borough Investment Plan

The Council has now produced a Borough Investment Plan to set out our goals for the future.   

Single Conversation

The Single Conversation is the HCA's approach to place shaping and delivery through partnership working.  It takes the vision and ambitions of local authorities and helps them achieve their plans through a shared investment agreement - our Borough Investment Plan (BIP).

The Borough Investment Plan will be used to inform the Homes and Communities Agency of Enfield's long-term resource requirements for the next 15 years, bringing together key themes to deliver its policies including:

• The Place Shaping Strategy
• The Housing Strategy
• The Sustainable Communities Strategy

The BIP sets out the council's priority objectives within our:

• Area Action Plans
• Areas of Estate Renewal
• Affordable Housing requirements
• Specialised Housing for vulnerable and older people
• Physical and Social Infrastructure
• Investment needed to improve the homes of the most vulnerable

Homes and Communities Agency

Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) is the single, national housing and regeneration agency for England .  The HCA brings together the development and regeneration expertise of various external agencies to deliver major regeneration projects.
