Applicants should be prioritised as follows: -

1. Tenants of Enfield Homes or housing associations within the London Borough of Enfield where the resulting void would provide a nomination to the London Borough of Enfield
2. People who are on Enfield Council's Housing Register who are in priority need
3. People who are accepted as homeless and currently in Temporary Accommodation provided by Enfield Council
4. People who are living in the London Borough of Enfield
5. Keyworkers who are employed in the North London Sub-Region (Enfield, Barnet, Haringey, Westminster, Camden, Islington)
6. People who are employed in the London Borough of Enfield
7. People who are living within the North London Sub Region (Barnet, Camden, Islington, Westminster, Haringey)
8. People who are employed within the North London Sub Region (Enfield, Barnet, Camden, Islington, Westminster, Haringey)

Keyworkers New Build HomeBuy

Keyworkers who are employed within the London Borough of Enfield. ('Keyworker' as defined by the Department for Communities and Local Government).

Broader definition to allow for local recruitment/retention difficulty will be considered by local authorities within the North London Sub-Region (Enfield, Barnet, Haringey, Westminster, Camden, Islington).
