Breaking News: Informed Families launches NEW face-to-face service!

Informed Families (IF) is moving to the Civic Centre
Informed Families - Enfield's Family Information Service (IF) - is moving to a Civic Centre near you in order to better provide Enfield families with information, advice, and guidance on choosing quality, local childcare provision. From 27 May IF will be based at the Enfield Civic Centre in Zone D. Zone D is located just off the main reception alongside the School Admissions Service.
This means that from this Friday you will be able to drop in to the Civic Centre and speak to an Informed Families advisor in person! Our new central location also means that it will be easier to provide signposting to services like School Admissions, The Parent Support Service, and the Benefits Advice Service. Don't worry though - you will still be able to contact our award winning Family Information Service by telephone, e-mail or our online 'Ask us' service as usual.
Due to the move, our Helpline service will be closed all day on Wednesday 25 and Thursday 26 May. You can still email if@enfield.gov.uk during this period. We apologise for any inconvenience this temporary closure may cause.
